Denco technology and advanced systems may be right up-to-the-minute but our heritage in air conditioning goes back a long way. In fact, we have been designing, manufacturing, installing and maintaining air conditioning systems and compressed air dryers since the mid 1940s.
In 2000, the current management team led by managing director Mark Shutler, and supported by venture capital group Lloyds Development Capital, completed a management buy-out of the business from multinational group AMEC plc.
With our headquarters and chief manufacturing centre in Hereford UK, we have long been regarded as one of the area’s most important employers, and in 2005 moved to brand new, purpose built premises – still in Hereford – to mark the beginning of a new era in world-class air conditioning.
Today, Denco has a turnover of approximately £40m and employs over 400 people in the UK and overseas. We also have a team of over 100 expert service engineers who attend to the routine and emergency needs of heating, ventilation and air conditioning users.
Our client list includes blue chips like Land Rover, Aston Martin, Berkeley Homes, Jury’s Hotels and BT – all benefiting from the improved environmental conditions provided by Denco systems.
With an established home market, the company has developed into a truly global manufacturer with factories in Malaysia and Turkey supplying specialised air conditioning equipment to major clients across Europe, Asia and the Middle East.
Denco systems are now deployed across the world in offices, clean rooms, telecommunication centres, retail premises and homes. We are proud to be a leading force in the industry as the benefits of well-engineered air conditioning continue to be realised.
